Senior Café Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced Senior Café Supervisor to lead the day-to-day operations of our Minster Café. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a background in hospitality or catering who is ready to take a lead role, supporting staff and volunteers while maintaining excellent standards of service and customer experience.

Café Supervisor

We are also seeking a Café Supervisor to support the running of our busy Minster Café. This role is ideal for someone with experience in a café or hospitality environment who enjoys working as part of a team to deliver a welcoming and high-quality experience for visitors.

Hospitality and Facilities Officer (Part Time – 16 hours per week)

We are recruiting a Hospitality and Facilities Officer to support the Minster's event hospitality, building maintenance, and visitor welcome. This varied and rewarding part-time role offers the opportunity to contribute practically to the mission of Swansea Minster while working alongside a dedicated and friendly team.
